• Any advance payment does not waive our ability to revise pricing when the actual work does not match the submitted scope.

5. Accounts and security

6. Payments

• Payments may be processed by third parties such as Stripe.
• Post-visit supplemental charges may apply when the real work exceeds the approved scope or when undisclosed conditions are discovered.

7. Cancellations, no-shows, and access

If a visit has already been scheduled, late cancellations, lack of access, customer no-shows, or unsafe conditions may result in charges.

You must provide reasonable access to the work area, including permissions, building entry, controlled pets, and safe site conditions.

8. Photos, content, and submitted materials

You represent that you have the right to upload photos, comments, and other information submitted through the site.

We may use submitted materials only to review, quote, document, schedule, and support the requested service.

9. Third-party services
